Paper-clipping

Inspired by a fusion between classic everyday tools and modern visual language, this project aspires to make the rudimentary cutting edge.

Starting with a common tool we use everyday, a paperclip, we anticipate bending and warping the tool to create the letters of our alphabet. Taking it a step further, we anticipate adding contrast, rythym and dynamism by inflating the letters to be 3d with a sleek, silver finish.

These decisions transform our common, everyday paperclip into something modern and fresh...almost as if it has been reimagined.
